Delivered on time, great product.
Clever design. It took me longer than 2 hours for the installation, but it might be just because of me. One thing that was helpful for me was searching YouTube for rear-bumper facia removal. Seeing some actually pop out the facia was much more helpful than reading the instructions.
Great trailer hitch. The only thing that was missing were two 5/8 nuts with locking threads I had to by at hardware store that's WY I give a 4 star.
Well-built, excellent fit with detailed installation instructions. Direct replacement for the factory reinforcing bar behind the bumper on my BMW 535. Invisible when receiver is removed.
Mounting holes didn’t line up with the bolts on the vehicle. Had to widen the holes about 1/4” to make it fit. Wasn’t that big of a deal but this is priced much higher than other hitches and it should have fit better. Oval holes would have made the fit adjustable to slight variables in the vehicle assembly. Directions didn’t exactly fit my year of vehicle but they were manageable to figure out. Would have been 5 stars if I didn’t have to drill out the holes bigger.
